“I connected, but nothing is earning”
Ready is not Working. Sign in, Connect, then explicitly press Start. Watch for a server-accepted receipt. Connecting, opening a terminal or naming the workshop earns nothing.
If Charge rises but CR or an order does not, inspect virtual eligibility, allocation and capacity. Charge follows raw accepted computation; CR and order progress also depend on the workshop setup.
“I paused, then the balance changed”
An already submitted result may be accepted once after Pause. No new work should schedule. Pending work is not counted in your balance until accepted. The last-minute rate is retained history and may take time to fall.
“It says Ampere, not my exact model”
That is the information the browser exposed. OVERCLOCK does not guess the model or infer installed VRAM from buffer limits. The virtual card catalogue describes your workshop equipment, not the detected physical adapter.
“The order or certification is not advancing”
Accept the client and begin the relevant commission.
Apply the configuration and allocation draft. Check each minimum on one machine.
For specialist stages, check the exact module, target card, stability and a different qualifying partner.
Inspect shared and rack-local retained output. During Atlas turnaround, base pay can continue while service progress waits.
“My new card is missing” or purchase locked
A purchased board waits in deliveries until you install it at a machine. Free a delivery slot when all six are occupied. Install the previous generation before buying the next; modern cards also need the hall and preceding certification.
An ordinary replacement enters retired hardware history, not reusable inventory. If the cabinet archive is stranded after upgrading every bench, the spare-NV1 refit returns the removed purchased board to deliveries.
“Signature declined” or the wrong workshop
Rejecting a signature leaves the workshop unchanged. Try again when ready. Check Robinhood Chain Testnet and the wallet account actually granted to this site.
If an old session expired, sign again. For an ID/passphrase save, use the explicit legacy restore option. Different wallets do not share balances; no save import is performed by changing a wallet address.
“Why can’t I redeem Charge?”
Redemption is Coming soon and deliberately disabled. No exchange rate or token valuation has been announced. There is no approval, deposit or claim transaction to complete.
