Accept, then assign
Accept the client at Production → Client board.
Give a suitable machine a compatible configuration and that client assignment.
Set a share at or above the client minimum. Apply the complete setup.
Run production. Server-accepted work advances qualifying orders and pays completed ones.
Base pay and order progress are different
An incompatible board/configuration earns no base pay for that assignment. A compatible share below the client minimum can earn base pay, but does not advance the order. The assignment screen distinguishes these cases.
Orders repeat while accepted. Holding a client preserves partial progress; resuming requires accepting it again. Switching assignments also preserves normal client progress. There are no order deadlines or penalties for pausing or closing the game. Rack dispatch selection is different: changing its job discards its partial progress.
Validation is unlocked by three Quarter Turn orders or one Northline proof. Northline needs a RIVA 128 or newer and at least 60% on one machine. Throughput adds 25% proof progress, but only if your infrastructure can support it.
A useful early split
After the lab opens, 70% Northline on one bench and 30% Atlas Validation on another can progress two client relationships simultaneously. Those shares divide each accepted receipt; they do not duplicate it. Keep both clients accepted, fit eligible cards and compare the resulting capacity limits.
