Two rigs working together
Complete Atlas calibration, then open Production → Second shift and begin the current commission. You need the named specialist plus a different qualifying partner. Keep their clients accepted and meet each allocation minimum.
The first stage is available after Atlas. Each completed stage unlocks the next. Eligible accepted work advances the active sheet; having the hardware without beginning the commission does not finish it.

If the sheet is not moving
Confirm the commission is active and each relevant client is accepted.
Check the target card, module, configuration and minimum share.
Check that the partner is a different machine on the required other client.
Meet the stability requirement and retained-output threshold. Apply your configuration draft, then accept another production job.
