Three virtual configurations

One 100% allocation budget
All active benches and the rack share one production budget. Allocations must total 100%. A machine at 0% is parked and draws no simulated power or heat.
An active rig draws 20% of its configured demand plus 80% scaled by its share. At 10% allocation it therefore draws 28% of full demand, not 10%. Splitting a job among more active machines has a capacity cost.
A client minimum applies to one qualifying machine, not a pooled total across undersized assignments. Two Northline rigs at 30% each do not satisfy the 60% requirement.
Forecast first, then Apply
Configuration, module and allocation comparisons are previews until you apply them. Forecasts use your recent accepted-work pace and include client/programme payments that would finish in the next-minute window. A recent completion can make those forecasts uneven.
No recent history means there is not enough evidence for a reliable rate. A setup changed elsewhere must be reviewed again before applying a stale comparison. Selecting Validation can also select a compatible Atlas assignment; review the whole draft.
Three competing priorities
